PocketPaddock is farm record-keeping software provided as an app and web service, currently in early access. Features may change as the product develops.
Your farm data is yours. You can export it, and you can delete your account at any time. We run backups and sync infrastructure with care, but you should keep your own exports of anything you can't afford to lose.
Use PocketPaddock for managing farms you're entitled to manage. Don't attempt to access other people's farms, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
PocketPaddock records what you tell it and derives figures from those records. It isn't agronomic, veterinary, financial or legal advice — decisions on chemicals, stock and compliance remain yours.
Early-access software is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Australian law (including any non-excludable consumer guarantees), we're not liable for losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
