Questions, answered.

Does it work without reception?

Yes — PocketPaddock is offline-first. Records are written to your device and everything keeps working with no signal; changes sync when you're back in range.

Can I get my data out?

Always. Reports export as CSV files you can open in Excel or hand to your accountant, and saved exports can be re-downloaded any time.

What does it cost?

Nothing during early access — every feature, every device. From 2027 PocketPaddock moves to one flat price per farm: no per-head charges, no per-user seats, no modules. Founding farms lock the price they're offered.

Who can see my farm?

Only people you've invited to that farm. Access is enforced at the database layer, not just in the app — see the Security page.

Can my team use it?

Yes — share an invite link or code and they're on the same farm, seeing the same live records, each signed in as themselves so work is credited to the right person.

Can I run more than one property?

Yes. One account can belong to multiple farms, with a switcher to flick between them.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. The iPhone app is native, and the web workspace runs in any modern browser on any device — including Android phones and tablets.

Where is my data stored?

On your device first, then synced to our hosted database so your team and other devices stay current. iOS can also keep a backup in your own iCloud Drive.

What happens if I delete my account?

Farms you own are erased for every member, your memberships are removed, and your login is destroyed. Export anything you want to keep first.
